Remote Environment monitoring and troubleshooting

We have a team of professionals who have mastered the art of trouble-shooting and problem solving related to technical environment monitoring and maintenance. Our workforce is conversant with tools which can access the remote environment and report on problems and errors. When we say environment it can be the customer site where a product is installed or a remote R&D center which has its own development, testing and Beta environments. Currently our team hosts, operates and supports a remote data center for one of our customers in Mumbai. This also includes 1st to 3rd level support for critical production issues during non-office hours. A standard set of guidelines and procedures have been laid down for such support services that clearly defines the parameters within which the on-call personnel need to work .Such processes enable our support staff to make decisions based on standard protocol and best practices.
