His specialties are Build and Operation of large Offshore Development Centers, directing delivery excellence programs and building focused practices in solution and IT business areas. Prior to joining Aptsource he was Practice Area Leader for AIS , Financial Services at IBM. Prior to IBM Sreekumar has served eminent organizations like NIC ,HCL ,TCG and Siemens in senior leadership positions .Sreekumar believes that technology alone however sophisticated it may be does not translate into value unless supported by solid engineering and topped with appropriate innovation.
